Independent first-party features
Smart Hub features such as referrals, market activity, withdrawals, video content, and account services are first-party application features. Their eligibility and transactions are determined by their own rules and verification flows.
No advertising incentives
The current application does not use third-party advertising placements. Users must not be asked to click, view, close, redirect through, or interact with third-party advertising in order to receive Coin, a balance change, a referral reward, or a withdrawal.
Prohibited activity
Users must not use bots, proxies, emulators, scripted browsers, auto-refresh loops, forced redirects, spam, misleading buttons, or other mechanisms intended to create false activity, manipulate rewards, or misrepresent traffic. Users must not attempt to bypass application eligibility, transaction verification, or access controls.
External services and content
Public video content, authentication providers, payment providers, and other external links are subject to their own terms. Smart Hub does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, ownership, or licensing status of third-party content; the operator must complete the relevant production and legal review.
Operator completion notice
This technical Terms baseline must be completed with the responsible entity’s legal name, contact details, jurisdiction, age/eligibility requirements, dispute process, retention rules, and any required local notices before production publication.
